Program
Private Lessons
Every student receives a free, one-hour individual lesson each week on violin, viola, or cello.
Students study with our Faculty, professional musicians and educators from The Syracuse Orchestra, Syracuse University, and Le Moyne College, who select repertoire and provide guidance for musical and technical development.
Lessons are also taught by our Teaching Artists, who work under Faculty guidance to reinforce technique, develop effective practice habits, and support work on additional repertoire, including orchestral and chamber music.
How we will help:
One-on-one instruction develops the technique, independence, and musical understanding that ensemble instruction alone cannot provide.
